The Middle School Cross Country team introduces student-athletes to the fundamentals of distance running and team competition. The program emphasizes effort, improvement, and learning race basics in a supportive environment. Runners build endurance, confidence, and sportsmanship while developing a strong foundation for future participation at the high school level.
